In 2020, the Hyvec group ventures into finance with the launch of Investcorp (Holdings) Ltd, (IHL) a property investment holding company. Its core business is to own investment properties, generating rental income and capital appreciation through judicious management of resources. It currently owns and manages a select portfolio of high-quality commercial real estate assets, mostly located in the prime area of Ebène Cybercity and Port Louis. In November 2021, IHL successfully raised MUR 1.2 billion of secured notes that were immediately listed on the Mauritius Stock Exchange.
