1993
It all starts with a modest construction company, Hyvec Partners Ltd by Mr. Nawaz Khan Chady (Eshan).
1995-2010
The group is entrusted with the responsibility of constructing several state projects such as drains, rehabilitation youth centers and colleges including SSS Ebène for boys and girls, SSS Palma and Beau-Bassin.
2010
Hyvec group is awarded the construction of Melrose high-security prison for a contract value of MUR 2.2 billion.
2011
The company starts its diversification journey by investing in the tourism sector with the acquisition of Grand Bay Travel and Tours followed by the establishment of the food division and later the distribution division.
2016
Hyvec group invests in the apparel and high fashion sector through a strong franchise system and starts distributing world-renowned brands in Mauritius.
2017
Hyvec group becomes regional and opens fashion stores in Africa. The same year, Hyvec relocates from its old premises at Rose-Hill and moves into its new headquarters, a modern building in the heart of the cyber city in Ebène.
2018
The Group obtains the license to distribute the brand FILA in fourteen African countries.
2019
Hyvec group is appointed as the General Sales Agent of Saudia for the territories of Mauritius Mayotte, Madagascar, Reunion Island, and the Federal Islamic Republic of Comoros.
2020
The Group sets up Investcorp (Holdings) Ltd, a property investment holding company with assets worth around MUR 2 billion. Hyvec Partners Ltd becomes, during the same year, a Grade A+ Construction Contractor (known today as Grade Large Contractor)
2021
Investcorp (Holdings) Ltd successfully raises secured notes worth MUR 1.2 billion which are immediately listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius. Hyvec group opens its two first Burger King Restaurants in Mauritius through its company CG Royal Foods Ltd.
2022
In 2022, the Joint Venture between Stefanutti Stocks Mozambique and Hyvec Partners Ltd secures the contract to build 51 luxurious villas worth MUR 2,860,000,000 on behalf of the One and Only Mauritius group, a global leader in the hotel and hospitality industry.
2023
The construction company Hyvec Partners Ltd is awarded the construction of 750 social housing units at Coromandel at the cost of MUR 2,055,000,000 by the Government through the company New Social Living Development (NSLD).
